Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent including the details listed below. Incomplete notices may delay processing.

Required Information

Your notice should include: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the same standard of detail. We may restore the content unless the original complainant pursues legal action.

Repeat Infringers

We may remove content and restrict access for users or partners who are found to be repeat infringers.
